A credible source and dataminer has revealed that Fortnite may be adding a slide mechanic in Chapter three. Fortnite is currently one of the most blazing hot games in the Esports world. Its demand has kept soaring due to the regular updates that it brings every time, and the enthusiasm it gives to fans and players results in millions of streams and plays every day.

Aside from flooding its players with different streams of crossover events, there are often new improvements that come with challenges and advanced mechanics.Recently, a credible source has hinted that Fortnite may be introducing a Slide mechanic shortly as Epic Games plans to roll out the Chapter 3 of the popular Battle Royale title.

Is sliding coming in Chapter 3?

The rumor of an addition of a slide mechanic has been circulating for a while, and has been the topic of online conversation across social media. Sometime ago, renowned gaming hint source and dataminer, HYPEX revealed that Epic Games had introduced the latest sliding movement model to the game. Nevertheless, they admitted that they don’t know exactly when the slide mechanic would be fully incorporated.

Recently, however, HYPEX has predicted a time for the release of the Slide Mechanic, linking it to the forthcoming Chapter three update, which is likely to be published just after the end of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8.
