Leading League of Legends streamer Joedat “Voyboy” Esfahani has signed for FlyQuest, with the American having been added to the organization’s content creation team. The announcement was made on Tuesday, with the arrival of the Boy at BeeQuest having already excited many of his followers.

Speaking on the arrival of Voyboy, FlyQuest stated that “We’ve wanted to work with Voyboy for a long time. In Voyboy, we found a kindred spirit, someone who embodies the FlyQuest values of positivity, thoughtfulness, and generosity.”

How Voyboy Made His Name in League of Legends

Having began his League of Legends career competing for Rock Solid back in 2010, Voyboy would go on to compete under the banner of teams including CLG, Team Dignitas and Team Curse. Despite announcing his retirement in 2015, he did return to professional competition with Delta Fox, the academy lineup of Echo Fox.

Voyboy has attracted a significant following due in part to his positive outlook and ability to keep his cool under pressure. Speaking on his latest venture, the 26-year-old stated that “Throughout my career, I’ve always tried my best to make a positive impact and stand up—or sit down—for the causes I believe in. FlyQuest resonates with me because their a team that truly strives to make the world a better place.”

Why Voyboy and FlyQuest is the Perfect Match

FlyQuest has long strived to have a positive impact on the environment and help create a more wholesome Esports community. The organization has donated a huge amount of money to the Bee Conservancy in New York, with the total being added to each and every time the team records a kill, wins an Esports match or secures an Ocean Drake.

The LCS legend has 1.3 followers on Twitch, a figure which could well grow significantly following his move to FlyQuest. He also has over half a million subscribers on YouTube, demonstrating just how important a figure he is in the League of Legends and Esports scenes.
