Apex Legends | ‘Emergence’ Official for August 3rd, Will Include Ranked Arenas, Rampage LMG, and New Legend Seer

A brand new season of Apex Legends is right around the corner (called “Emergence“) and with it comes a slew of updates along with Seer, the latest addition to the ever-growing character roster! Needless to say, the hype is starting to mount, so let’s go over everything that was announced thus far!

Apex Legends | Seer Joins the Fray!

• For the first time ever, players will be able to prove their worth in ranked Arenas — a spectacular bit of news for those who are yearning for something novel and exciting!
• The World’s Edge map is on the brink of some “major changes,” although Respawn didn’t give us any concrete clues as to what’s coming our way. In any case, we’ll find out soon enough.
• Rampart’s newest invention — the Rampage LMG — is coming to Apex and will pack a surprising amount power!
• As for Seer (undeniably the most anticipated addition to the game), there’s still a whole lot that we don’t know. According to Respawn’s official website, “Seer spots opportunities that other Legends might miss, and seizes them in the most beautiful way he can — with microdrones and an artist’s eye.”

It’s not much, but it definitely sets the stage for what’s to come! Moreover, if he’s even remotely as well-designed as some of Apex’s previous legends, he’ll no doubt leave an indellible mark on the game! It goes without saying, but we can’t wait to see what he’ll bring to the table upon release!
