Having retired from professional gaming just last month, Ian “Enable” Wyatt has joined 100 Thieves as a content creator. The former Call of Duty veteran’s arrival was announced by the organisation on Thursday, with the 26-year-old already having over 42,000 followers on Twitch to his name.

Enable had an illustrious career in Call of Duty, picking up a total of nine major victories, while also finishing in second place at both the 2018 and 2019 World Championships. The American also has experience of competing in other games, having won tournaments in six different titles in all, including Halo. As such, Enable is rightly regarded as one of the most successful Esports players in history.

How Enable Made His Name in Call of Duty

The former FaZe Clan, Evil Geniuses and SEA Surge player will remain at 100 Thieves, having competed for the organisation throughout 2019. Enable joined 100 Thieves upon the Call of Duty franchise being introduced last year, a move which led to his arrival at the Seattle Surge. However, having been released by the team back in September, the veteran announced his official retirement just two months later.

The 9-time major winner started his professional Call of Duty career with Primal back in 2013, before moving onto the likes of Elevate, Curse and Denial Esports. His last outing came at the Toronto Ultra 25K Coldish War, where he finished in 15th position with Team Galvanize.

What We Can Expect from Enable as a Content Creator

Enable will certainly be a loss to the Call of Duty scene, with his personality and professionalism having separated him from others. Such traits will certainly stand him in good stead as he makes the move into content creation, with the American having already demonstrated that he is a natural in front of the camera.

Enable will work alongside fellow Call of Duty veteran Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag, the founder and co-owner of 100 Thieves. Nadeshot himself has some 1.6 million Twitch followers, something in which Enable will undoubtedly use as a target.
